monday weigh in time.

So today the weight in was 392, Im happy with it... gotta keep it going though

Gym today

20 mins bike
20 mins elyptical
40 mins weights (legs)

Breakfast was a coffee, 2 small muffins.

Lunch was a small serving of chicken, a Ceaser salad, peach tofu desert, an apple, and a can of club soda (i have this strange love for club soda.

Dinner was not the best thing for me, but it was ok. It was a mushroom burger from white spot, with french fries ( i chocked these down as i watched the catastrophy that was the hockey game)
